By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site. This is an independent, non-commercial educational project and is not operated by a medical practice, hospital, or any of the clinicians listed.

1. Educational purpose only — not medical advice

Everything here is for general information and education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a professional consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including RCPD. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

2. No doctor–patient relationship

Using this site, contacting the operator, or relying on any information here does not create a doctor–patient, provider, or other professional relationship between you and the operator or anyone associated with the site.

3. Medical emergencies

Do not use this site for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately.

4. The self-check is not diagnostic

The self-check is an informational tool, not a diagnostic test. It cannot tell you whether you have RCPD or any other condition. Its questions and result are general, may not reflect your situation, and are meant only to help you decide whether to seek a professional evaluation. Do not make any medical decision based on its result alone.

5. The doctor directory

The directory lists clinicians reported by patients as treating RCPD. It is compiled from community reports and publicly available professional information, and is provided for convenience only. A listing is not a referral, endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any provider's qualifications, availability, or results, and does not mean the clinician has reviewed or approved it. The information may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. A “Details checked” date only means the listing was checked against a public source on that date. You are responsible for independently verifying any provider's credentials, and for confirming details directly with them before booking or relying on them.

Clinicians who want their listing corrected or removed can email czernuka@outlook.com, and we will act on reasonable requests promptly.

6. Suggestions and corrections you send

If you send a suggestion or correction, please share only information you believe is accurate and that you have the right to share, and don't include medical details you wouldn't want read. You allow us to use what you send to check and update the directory. We may edit it, and we decide whether and how it is used. We don't publish your name or contact details.

7. External links

Links to third-party sites — including research papers, videos, clinicians' websites, and community forums — are provided for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Intellectual property

Site content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Some illustrations and materials are used with credit to their creators and remain the property of those creators; please don't reuse them without permission. Cited research and third-party media belong to their respective owners.

9. No warranties

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be available or uninterrupted.

10. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

Any use of, or reliance on, the information here is solely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and anyone associated with the site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, or for any harm of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or reliance on any information it contains, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some places don't allow certain warranties or liability to be excluded; where that's the case, these exclusions apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and anyone associated with the site from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

12. Audience

This site is intended for a general adult audience seeking health information. It is not directed at children and is not a service for minors.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

These terms may be updated at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
